You start with a 45 minute comprehensive preventative health appointment with your personal Elme doctor. Together, we will explore your current health issues and concerns, review past and current data and identify the factors influencing your wellbeing.

We will create a personalised health screening and investigation plan for you, which may include advanced biomarker testing, cancer screening, medical imaging referrals and genetic testing. This plan is tailored for you and designed around the pillars of prevention - early detection, illness reduction and optimising longevity.

You will then have a second 30 minute consultation where we review your comprehensive health report, outlining your overall health and plan a clear roadmap to better health, empowering you with the insight and direction you need to take control of your wellbeing.

You will then have a third 30 minute consultation with your doctor to assess your progress, refine your plan, and determine whether any additional testing is needed.

After any additional testing, you will have a fourth 30-minute doctor consultation to review any updated results and refresh your personalised health plan, keeping your care dynamic, proactive, and relevant.

Don't worry, you won't be left floundering between consultations. Your doctor will offer regular informal check-ins along the way to review challenges, wins or simply to keep you on track. At Elme, we're more than just your doctor, we are your long-term partner in health.
But it doesn’t stop there. Need a referral, a repeat prescription, or help with something more immediate? No problem. At Elme, we don’t just stop at screening, we deliver complete, continuous general practice style care.
Join the waitlistWith over 100 biomarkers to choose from, your doctor will curate a personalised panel of blood tests to provide the most comprehensive picture of your health.
Tests cover kidney and liver health, blood and bone health, hormone health, metabolism, heart and brain health, inflammation, essential vitamins and minerals ... and many more.
This ensures your results are tailored to your needs, not just a standard checklist.
There’s no “one size fits all” approach to health screening. Your doctor will guide you through the most appropriate medical imaging and scans based on your age group, lifestyle, and health history.
You can choose to undertake a comprehensive head-to-toe assessment or focus on specific areas of concern.
This truly personalised approach keeps you at the centre, ensuring you receive the right scans, at the right time, for you.
We have partnered with the incredible team at Eugene Labs to bring you cutting edge genetic testing packages. Now you have the opportunity to know your risk at a deeper level through detailed genomic testing. Including cancer and heart disease risk, we can test up to 180 genetic markers to guide your preventive health plan.
While you can’t change your genes, you can change how you manage them. Knowledge is power and, knowing your risk, allows you to engage in early screening and optimise health outcomes.
Using the information from your initial health assessment combined with testing results, your doctor will develop your detailed health report and plan. The data will shape all of the recommendations, including healthy habits (diet, physical activity, habits around smoking and alcohol, sleep and stress management), supplements and medical optimisation from both a preventative and treatment perspective should it be required.
At Elme, we are not just a team of doctors, but we are human and understand everyone has their own barriers and challenges when it comes to their health. With that in mind, there are no generic reports, every recommendation will be tailored specifically to you.
Should you need further assessment, our doctors can connect you with a trusted network of medical specialists. Whether it’s a colonoscopy, cardiac review, or mental health support, your care will be coordinated seamlessly to ensure continuity and confidence at every step.
At Elme, our focus is preventative health, however we don’t stop there. We believe the foundation of high quality care is continuity, having everything with one team in one place.
The team at Elme are here to provide complete, ongoing healthcare. Our specialist GP trained doctors can provide you with the complete suite of general practice care. From following up any abnormal results, managing your diabetes or insulin resistance, mental health support, repeat or new prescriptions or review of acute symptoms, your Elme doctor has you covered.

Health mapping includes an in-depth medical and lifestyle review, advanced biomarker analysis (where clinically appropriate), potential targeted imaging and genetic testing, and a 360-degree assessment of your current and future health risks.
Your doctor curates a personalised panel from 100+ biomarkers covering heart, metabolic, hormone, inflammation, nutrient, liver, kidney, bone and brain health. Additional tests including allergies, autoimmune screens and cancer markers are also available.
Your Elme doctor can refer you for a range of scans, from targeted metabolic scans, bone density and heart health scans right through to full body MRIs. Your doctor will discuss the best options for you based on your risk profile, symptoms and health.
Your Elme health report is a clear, comprehensive snapshot of your current health, designed to support informed, proactive decisions. It brings together your clinical history, examination findings, pathology and biomarker results, imaging (where relevant), and lifestyle factors into one cohesive view. You’ll receive an interpretation of what each finding means for you, not just what is “normal”, with identified risks, trends over time, and areas of strength. Each report includes personalised, prioritised recommendations and an actionable health plan, which your dedicated doctor will review with you in detail and refine as your health evolves.
Your doctor will recommend a review schedule based on your health plan, typically every 3–6 months for preventive monitoring (between consultation 2 and 3), with flexibility as needed. You will also receive regular communication from your doctor between appointments to check in and ensure everything is on track.
Allow 45 minutes for your initial appointment and 30 minutes for all subsequent appointments. These longer appointments are to ensure thorough assessment, meaningful conversation and tailored planning.
All appointments at Elme are led by you. You’re welcome to raise any health concerns you’d like to discuss, at anytime. Appointments are extended (30–45 minutes), allowing space to address more than one issue in most visits. To help make the best use of your time, we recommend outlining your key concerns at the start of the consultation so your doctor can plan accordingly. If there are multiple or complex issues to explore, your doctor may suggest an additional appointment to ensure each concern receives the time and attention it deserves.

Many preventative screening tests for people without symptoms are not covered by Medicare and may require an out-of-pocket payment.
Where your doctor determines a test is clinically indicated, it may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, subject to Medicare criteria. Tests requested without clinical indication are unlikely to qualify for Medicare coverage. Private health insurance benefits may vary depending on your individual policy and provider.
Your core biomarker testing is included as part of your annual membership.
If you do not hold a Medicare card, there will be an additional charge for blood tests. This will be discussed by your doctor at your initial appointment.
The price of your imaging and scans can vary considerably, depending on what package you are having. Your doctor will talk you through the pricing of each scan in your package to ensure you are aware of the total costs ahead of time.
Once you have discussed and agreed the scans in your initial appointment, you will receive an invoice for these services that can be paid directly to Elme Health. Should you have any queries about this, you can email us directly and one of our admin staff will be happy to help.
We have partnered with Eugene labs to ensure all Elme members receive the most competitive price for all of their genetic screening. The cost of the various options can be discussed with your doctor.
