Each of your 4 appointments will be with a specialist-trained General Practitioner. All of our doctors are clinically experienced, and chosen for their ability to think broadly and deeply about health. They take the time to discuss and understand your history, your lifestyle, concerns, values and goals and how today’s health decisions shape your future wellbeing. Together, you build a long-term partnership focused on health, longevity and overall wellbeing.

Elme is similar to a concierge doctor, however Elme services go beyond that of concierge medicine and has many other benefits. In addition to concierge medical care, Elme also offers premium preventive medicine, combining comprehensive health mapping, advanced biomarker testing, medical imaging and detailed health analytics to provide a proactive health roadmap.

Preventative care has many benefits. It plays a crucial role not just in disease prevention, but in supporting longevity, sustained wellbeing and overall wellness.

Preventative care helps you stay ahead of your health, rather than waiting for problems to appear. Many chronic diseases develop slowly and silently over time, meaning early changes are often detectable long before symptoms begin. By regularly assessing your risk factors and tracking changes over time, preventative care gives you the best chance to identify issues early, take action sooner, and protect your long-term health and quality of life.

No, Elme does not have a physical clinic or office, for appointments it is a purely digital service. The primary reason for the digital offering is to improve access, both in terms of convenience and geographic location. As busy, working mum's ourselves, we know how challenging it can be to get to a face to face appointment. We also wanted to ensure all patients across Australia have access to quality preventative medicine and primary care services.

At Elme we aim to offer health consultations within 3 business days of their request. While this may not always be practical, we will always do our best to find a time that works for you. For acute concerns, in most cases we will be able to arrange same day appointments or next day appointments.

The membership fee is an annual fee which is outlined here. This includes access to your personal physician, four in-depth consultations, core biomarker testing and a comprehensive health report. Genetic testing and medical imaging will be additional to the Elme membership fees. As the costs of each scan varies considerably, separating the imaging costs allows us to offer the uniquely personalised testing approach.

You will be able to contact your doctor via email should you have any concerns. At the time of your initial consultation, your doctor will advise you of their availability and contact hours. Should your doctor be away, another specialist doctor will cover to ensure your communication is always answered in a timely fashion.

While Elme can offer comprehensive, complete primary care, we do not replace a face to face GP. There are some conditions and medical issues that cannot be managed digitally, which is why we always recommend continuing your relationship with your regular GP. At Elme we value communication and our doctors will work collaboratively with your GP where required, to ensure everyone is up to date with your latest health profile.
