A precision health assessment delivered by a specialist GP. More than a standard blood test, your doctor curates a comprehensive biomarker profile based on your health history, goals and individual risk factors.
You leave with a clear, personalised understanding of your health - what’s happening now and what to do next.
If you’d like to understand which option is right for you before committing, we’re happy to walk you through it – no pressure, no obligation.
The Elme Membership includes a comprehensive health mapping appointment. Health mapping includes an in-depth medical and lifestyle review, advanced biomarker analysis (where clinically appropriate), potential targeted imaging and genetic testing, and a 360-degree assessment of your current and future health risks.
Your doctor curates a personalised panel from 100+ biomarkers covering heart, metabolic, hormone, inflammation, nutrient, liver, kidney, bone and brain health. Additional tests including allergies, autoimmune screens and cancer markers are also available.
Your Elme doctor can refer you for a range of scans, from targeted metabolic scans, bone density and heart health scans right through to full body MRIs. Your doctor will discuss the best options for you based on your risk profile, symptoms and health. This can be done through both the Health Snapshot and Elme Membership. Elme members will also receive member exclusive pricing.
Your Elme health report is a clear, comprehensive snapshot of your current health, designed to support informed, proactive decisions. It brings together your clinical history, examination findings, pathology and biomarker results, imaging (where relevant), and lifestyle factors into one cohesive view. You’ll receive an interpretation of what each finding means for you, not just what is “normal”, with identified risks, trends over time, and areas of strength. Each report includes personalised, prioritised recommendations and an actionable health plan, which your dedicated doctor will review with you in detail and refine as your health evolves.
Your doctor will recommend a review schedule based on your health plan, typically every 3–6 months for preventive monitoring (between consultation 2 and 3), with flexibility as needed. You will also receive regular communication from your doctor between appointments to check in and ensure everything is on track.
Allow 45 minutes for your initial appointment and 30 minutes for all subsequent appointments. These longer appointments are to ensure thorough assessment, meaningful conversation and tailored planning.
All appointments at Elme are led by you. You’re welcome to raise any health concerns you’d like to discuss, at anytime. Appointments are extended (30–45 minutes), allowing space to address more than one issue in most visits. To help make the best use of your time, we recommend outlining your key concerns at the start of the consultation so your doctor can plan accordingly. If there are multiple or complex issues to explore, your doctor may suggest an additional appointment to ensure each concern receives the time and attention it deserves.

Elme Membership, Snapshot and consultation fees are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance and are paid directly by members
Many preventative screening tests for people without symptoms are not covered by Medicare and may require an out-of-pocket payment.
Where your doctor determines a test is clinically indicated, it may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, subject to Medicare criteria. Tests requested without clinical indication are unlikely to qualify for Medicare coverage. Private health insurance benefits may vary depending on your individual policy and provider.
Your core biomarker testing is included as part of your Elme Membership or Health Snapshot.
If you do not hold a Medicare card, there will be an additional charge for blood tests. This will be discussed by your doctor at your initial appointment.
The price of your imaging and scans can vary considerably, depending on what package you are having. Your doctor will talk you through the pricing of each scan in your package to ensure you are aware of the total costs ahead of time.
Once you have discussed and agreed the scans in your initial appointment, you will receive an invoice for these services that can be paid directly to Elme Health. Should you have any queries about this, you can email us directly and one of our admin staff will be happy to help.
We have partnered with Eugene labs to ensure all Elme members receive the most competitive price for all of their genetic screening. The cost of the various options can be discussed with your doctor.
